Professor Goni Abraham Dogo is a Professor of Veterinary Parasitology and Entomology/Public Health, Pioneering Head of Department of Veterinary Parasitology and Entomology, UNIJOS and currently the Director of the Africa Centre of Excellence in Phytomedicine Research and Development (ACEPRD), University of Jos a World Bank sponsored project that ended successfully in 2021. He has over sixty publications in peer reviewed Journals and eight awards won in Science Technology and innovation. He has won over 10 national and international research grants. Has several patents and products to his credit.

He was a team player in inventing the Novel ANTI-SNAKE VENOM VACCINE (COVIP-PLUS) sponsored by the World Bank and patented Nationally and Internationally. He also the inventor of the Novel ACIMMUNE TEA (COVID-19 TEA) and award-winning products. He is the inventor of the anti tick vaccine that is undergoing field trials currently.
